At Neste US, we are now looking for a Logistics Integration Manager to join our team in Houston TX.
In this role, you will be part of the Logistics organization and report to the Team Manager Land Logistics Americas. The Integration Manager takes responsibility for leading integration projects related to the management of logistics assets owned by newly acquired business entities.
Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future will be:

Work as part of the Land Logistics unit to significantly develop Neste’s logistics asset management in the Americas

Be primary responsible for managing the logistics asset management integration initiatives

Develop, support and ensure a compliant and safe operation of the owned and long term leased logistics assets and initiate projects to close identified gaps

Create and implement a successful strategy for continuous development and growth support

Develop, manage and communicate updates on project management dashboards to selected audiences within a timely manner. This includes development of materials and updates to the relevant stakeholders and Management

Create transparency and develop ways to optimize the logistics asset usage

Liaise and collaborate with multiple internal business units locally and globally including Supply, Trading, and Operations

Keep up-to-date knowledge of Industry Standards for relevant logistics
Your role as the Logistics Integration Manager will be responsible for successfully planning the integration, executing the integration and managing of the logistics asset management teams of newly acquired businesses, primarily responsible for owned rail trans loading / storage sites and trucking activities. These assets will need to be managed in a standardized way in line with Neste’s requirements, related but not limited to compliance, HSSEQ and integrity management. Furthermore, this management model will need to be scalable to further support our growth ambitions in an agile and efficient manner.
The best combination to success in this role

Relevant university degree and/or minimum 5 years of experience in logistics preferably from liquid (Chemical / waste, residue and vegoil) terminals and truck transportation

Experience in leading integration projects

Proven track record of success in this field and deep understanding of logistics terminal / transloading processes and trucking operations

Good understanding of future trends in logistics and analytical thinking

Strong interpersonal skills and ability and willingness to work in intercultural environment

Strong stress tolerance and confidence needed to define and, if needed, defend strategic ideas

Able to build a trustful and communicative culture soliciting opinions and input to realize an optimum working environment
