We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Renewable Aviation Americas team.


We are a team of experts committed to supporting our customers in making the transition to use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) for more sustainable flying. Our customers include airlines, aircraft and engine manufacturers, general aviation companies, fuel distributors, as well as cargo and travel industry participants, who want to reduce their carbon footprint of flying. We develop supply chains and partnerships to grow the availability of our products and solutions, and we collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to grow awareness of SAF as a solution for aviation’s emissions.


Neste is the world’s largest producer of sustainable aviation fuel, and the expansion of our renewables refinery in Singapore will provide us 1 million tons of SAF production capacity by Q1 2023, making the Singapore refinery the largest SAF production facility in the world.


Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are

  • Build and foster long-term customer relationships with defined airline and fuel distributor accounts for the sales SAF and related services 
  • Coordinate overall Neste relationship and the offering of products and services with the accounts globally
  • Deliver the sales and profitability targets set for the accounts 
  • Develop offers and negotiate needed contracts with the accounts 
  • Implement the Neste account management model and create account plans, ensure account strategy execution in accordance with the account plan
  • Create internal account team and lead, manage and coordinate the work of the account team, ensuring full internal account team support for achieving business targets 
  • Ensure rolling sales forecasting is efficiently and accurately done 
  • Drive the deepening of customer understanding within Neste 


You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders across Neste to achieve your targets, to drive continuous development of Neste offering and to ensure close coordination of activities with other business units at Neste. You will report to the Vice President APAC, Renewable Aviation.

  • Solid experience in key account management, sales and business development
  • B.Sc/M.Sc. in Business or other relevant field
  • Experience of jet fuel or other related industry, strong understanding of the aviation markets
  • Cooperation skills and team player mindset
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel when needed
