We are looking for a Vendor Settlement Coordinator to join our Logistics & Operations Vendor Settlement & Processing team in Houston.
Your part in Neste’s journey
You will be a team member in the Logistics & Operations Vendor Settlement & Processing team and your role will be to support the commercial operations team and perform daily commercial cargo, contracts, demurrages, invoicing and/or derivative vendor activities. You will be involved in the day to day execution of domestic, export, supply and trading physical or paper deals operations associated with shipments by rail, truck and vessel as well as product tank transfers.
You will work closely with internal and external counterparties in Espoo and other locations. Our work combines accountability, cooperation, and the desire to develop and renew.
Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Relevant understanding of oil industry and/or cargo operations workflow
- Experience in dealing with sufficient ways to carrying out vendor invoice management
- Fluent basic ICT skills and experience in ERP systems, especially SAP-system
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, which may require flexibility to work past normal business hours
- Performance driven and accurate way of working
- Strong team player attitude and excellent collaboration skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English, both verbal and written
- Studies in ICT, business or similar studies
