We are looking for you,
Manager, Sourcing, RP Feedstock Sourcing & Trading APAC
to our RP Feedstock Sourcing & Trading APAC team in Shanghai, China
You will focus on implementing feedstock sourcing strategies in China, and securing a reliable and sustainable supply of feedstock aligned with Neste’s global strategy, optimizing costs and logistics. In this job you will work closely with the APAC Feedstock Sourcing & Trading, Global Feedstock Lead, SCM, Operations, Land Logistic, Technical Optimization, and Middle Office.
In our team, you will manage the supply ecosystem, execute the sourcing strategy, and drive market advantage in China. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Execute Neste’s global strategy to enhance the price competitive of the sourced feedstocks in China, and build strong supplier relationships

Grow the supply potential of Annex IXa feedstocks to generate additional profits

Provide market analysis, and prompt sustainability within the supply chain
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in business, engineering, environment, or similar field.

5+ years' experience in procurement or biofuel feedstock supply/trading (energy markets knowledge a plus).

Experience in physical logistics & regulatory compliance.

Several years of understanding of the Chinese feedstock market
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication,interpersonal skills

Responsible attitude, good communication skills and business acumen
