Site Operator - Omaha

In your role, you will:

• Load and unload products into railcars from truck trailers.
• Position railcars on tracks for proper loading and unloading.
• Seal railcars for shipment.
• Maintain the site, including safety equipment.
• Perform minor equipment repairs and coordinate off-site repairs.
• Safely follow Standard Operating Procedures.
• Complete tasks in accordance with safety protocols.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Manage time efficiently with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit effective problem-solving skills.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Conduct basic administrative tasks.
• Hold a valid Class O Driver’s License.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related experience.
• The ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Good balance with the ability to maintain 3 points of contact.
• The ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• The ability to work in tight spaces while loading vehicles.
• The ability to work at heights of approximately 15 feet.
• The strength to lift up to 20-30 pounds as needed.
• The ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors in various conditions.
