We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to join our Oil Products, Production Business Finance team at Porvoo. This is a temporary position until the end of September 2024.
We have a team of 6 experts working in the Production Business Finance team. Our team is responsible for performance analysis of OP Production entity, financial rolling forecasting, long-term planning, development of business finance related processes and various ad-hoc analyses and tasks. This position can be tailored to some extent based on the candidate’s competency.
You will work in Neste Business Finance function and closely with Oil Products Production key stakeholders and counterparts to support decision-making with reliable and timely financial reporting & analysis. Your part in Neste’s journey
In your role, you will
- Be responsible for maintenance cost reporting for OP Production and Harbours and Terminals
- Maintain and update maintenance cost Power BI reporting
- Drive 2024 Performance Plan process for Manage and Maintain Assets teams (M&MA)
- Give financial support for Turnaround 24 (TA24) program, especially for the Maintenance team
- Execute maintenance cost reporting for production lines during TA24
- Monitor usage of contingency as a part of change management process in TA24
- Take part and assist in financial closings with subcontractors after TA24
Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Master or Bachelor level degree in Finance or other similar, relevant university level degree
- Three years of experience in business or financial controlling, preferably in process industry
- Finance planning and reporting experience
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good information technology skills (MS office tools, HFM & Hyperion Planning, MS PowerBI, SAP BO)
- Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
We also value
- SAP ERP knowledge, especially SAP FICO
- Customer service mindset
- Proactive and analytical way of working
- Good collaboration and communication skills
- Willingness to continuously develop and improve financial processes and way of working
