We are looking for you, an experienced and motivated
Lead Engineer
to join our Civil Engineering team in Kilpilahti, Porvoo.
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for the civil engineering design and its quality in various projects. You will lead design teams and act as the project's technical expert. Your responsibilities include leading external consultant work, coordinating design work, managing schedules and budgets and collaborating closely with various stakeholders. Safety is our top priority, and your work is crucial for ensuring the success and safety of our projects.

The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, which is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas.
The best combination to succeed in this role

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in structural engineering
-
At least 7 years of experience in industrial structural design
-
Strong knowledge of both steel and concrete structure design
-
An understanding of industrial process environments and their specific requirements
-
Proficiency in Tekla Structures
-
Proficiency in Robot Structural Analysis
-
Ability to work in English; Finnish language skills are a plus

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead design work

The ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
