We are looking for you,

Manager, Project Information Management

to join our Information Management team in Finland and work in Neste’s investment projects.

We have a medium sized team of experienced information management professionals. Both this role and the team are crucial for the success of our investment projects and ensuring the execution of Neste’s strategic priorities. 

You will work closely with other colleagues in the project management office, project execution teams, engineering and other functions to ensure the successful execution of the investment projects. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team:

• Coordination of Project Information Management practices within delivery and portfolio organizations

• Ensure that projects have the required tools, competencies, resources and practices to fulfill Neste Data and Documentation Requirements

• Lead the collaboration between business and projects ensuring that the information flow and identified best practices are implemented in day to day operations 

• Ensuring the implementation of document and information management processes into operations

• Development and initiation of information management improvement initiatives

• This role is envisioned to grow in scope and may eventually oversee team operations and professional development for the unit
   

The best combination to succeed in this role:

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree on a relevant field

• Demonstrated experience (>5 years) in information or project management 

• Capability to negotiate and governance EPCM contractors and engineering providers of Information requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead people in leadership roles and implement improvements and change

• Proven global stakeholder and change management experience at various organisational levels, across BUs, regions and cultures

• Proven ability to network, collaborate and communicate with the ability to influence others

• Development and safety oriented mindset

• Good command in English and Finnish, both spoken and written

Other strengths we value:

• Information management experience

• Sound knowledge about international project business

• Having worked closely with EPC(M) and execution contractors on capital  projects will be considered as an advantage

The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, which is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas. We have a hybrid working model in use and we have agreed to work both from the office and remotely.
