We are looking for you,
Manager, Project Quality
to lead and drive the performance and development of the Project Quality team, providing their expertise for the projects while ensuring the successful implementation of both short- and long-term Project Quality development initiatives.
The role involves also working in matrix models, demanding strong influencing skills without direct mandate. You will facilitate quality awareness throughout the project organization and drive a positive quality culture through close cooperation with stakeholders. You will manage project quality processes, including lessons learned, project risk management, incident learning, and stakeholder/customer satisfaction. You will report to the Head of Project HSEQ and Construction Management.

The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, which is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. We organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas. We have a hybrid working model and you can work partly also in our Espoo office.

Team Leadership and Development: Leading and driving the Project Quality team's performance and development, ensuring they provide services for projects, and implementing short and long-term Project Quality development tasks.

Keys to success in this role

Solid team leadership experience
-
In this cross functional role, understanding roles and responsibilities of other stakeholders (like safety, procurement, engineering, project management etc.) is crucial

MSc or equivalent competence and/or degree
-
Senior level experience in most of the key accountability topics

Previous experience from project operations and/or project quality management, incident investigations and learning from experience
