Summer trainee, on-site IT support

to join our on-site IT Support team at the Kilpilahti refinery area for the summer and autumn (until end of October 2026) to support Neste Turnaround 2026.

In your role, you will

• Install and dismantle Neste Turnaround 2026 IT infra for temporary users

• Install temporary employees’ workstations

• Maintain and update tablets and mobile phones for the users

• Be available on standby to assist users during maintenance period on TA2026

You will work closely with Service Desk to support end users with their daily problems

• Prior experience from the customer service, workstation support and maintenance tasks

The job is located in Kilpilahti, Porvoo, which is about 30 minutes by car from the center of Helsinki. On weekdays, we organize free bus transportation to Kilpilahti for our employees from the capital region, Porvoo and the nearby areas. More information here. 

The position follows the collective agreement for senior salaried employees. If you are in the early stages of your studies, the minimum starting salary is 2350 EUR. Your salary will also depend on relevant work experience and, for students, the number of completed course credits. We welcome applications from both current students and those who have graduated after 1st January 2025. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
