Account Manager

to our Strategic and Inside sales team in Riga. This is a permanent position with a salary of 2100 - 2600 EUR/month (gross).

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will support the sales department in achieving targets, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth operational processes. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow. Your work will include occasional trips to our partners and business trips to our group enterprises. You will report to the Sales Manager.

Your role in our team

  • Answer customer calls and emails, provide customer service. 

  • Prepare commercial offers for clients.

  • Conclude contracts for fuel sales to clients.

  • Participate in the organization and implementation of sales campaigns, cooperating with other company structural units.

  • Carry out active sales work in accordance with the set plan.

  • Participate in organized sales activities.

  • Provide monthly reports to the Sales Manager on the implementation of the set plan and other types of reports.

  • Provide reports on completed sales work upon request of the direct manager.

  • Fulfill other tasks of the direct manager to ensure the continuous operation of the process.


Keys to success in this role

  • Proactive and a go getter/doer attitude

  • Experience in customer communications, B2B sales

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Latvian and English; 

  • Good IT skills, including proficiency with Google office tools; familiarity with MS Dynamics/365 is a plus

  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Initiative and the ability to work independently

  • Ability to handle routine tasks with tolerance and diligence.
