We are looking for a Field Supervisor Facilities to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.
The plant has a maintenance department that is responsible for the planning and implementation of advanced maintenance systems. Maintenance and inspection are planned depending on the risk associated with the concerned section of the installation. Besides the daily maintenance works, the Maintenance Department also coordinates major Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns (SD). The primary task of the Facilities Field Supervisor is to support in maintaining all facility equipment and side infrastructures in a safe and efficient way. During the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, he/she assumes the responsibilities.

As Field Supervisor Facilities, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of facilities-related work. Your main responsibilities include:

Participating in contractor safety meetings and ensuring compliance with safety and site regulations.

Supporting the contracted Facilities technicians through discipline foremen.

Investigating and following up on malfunction reports and providing technical support to work preparators when required.

Coordinating with maintenance planning, operations, and multiple disciplines to ensure maintenance and facilities activities are executed safely, effectively, and on time.

Ensuring safe, efficient, and well-organized handling of facilities-related tasks, including maintaining good housekeeping standards.

Managing the administrative follow-up of work orders in SAP and keeping facilities-related call-out planning up to date.

Acting as Field Supervisor for Facilities during shutdowns.
Keys to success in this role

A minimum of MBO Level 4 (or equivalent) in a relevant technical field.

At least 2 years of experience in facilities management. In addition, a minimum of 2 years of experience in the petrochemical industry.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead by example, take initiative, and demonstrate a proactive work attitude.

Experience with ERP systems such as IFS and/or SAP.
