We are looking for a Facilities Field Supervisor to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.
The plant has a maintenance department that is responsible for the planning and implementation of advanced maintenance systems. Maintenance and inspection are planned depending on the risk associated with the concerned section of the installation. Besides the daily maintenance works, the Maintenance Department also coordinates major Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns (SD). The primary task of the Facilities Field Supervisor is to support in maintaining all facility equipment and side infrastructures in a safe and efficient way. During the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor, he/she assumes the responsibilities.

Participates in the contractor safety meeting.

Supports the contracted Facilities team of technicians through the discipline foremen.
-
Investigates and follows up on malfunction reports.
-
Supports the discipline work preparators with technical input where requested.
-
Ensures and supports to achieve on-time execution of planned work.

Handling administrative follow-up of work orders in SAP.
Keys to success in this role
-
Minimum MBO level 4 in a relevant technical field.

Strong communicator.
-
Lead by example, self-starting, and proactive work attitude.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as IFS/SAP.
Additional responsibilities and authority
-
Ensures safe, effective, and efficient handling of facilities-related tasks within the plant.

Coordinates between several disciplines in multi-disciplinary jobs.

Cooperate with maintenance work preparation/planning and operations to ensure that the maintenance jobs can be executed safely and effectively.

Participates in facilities-related call-outs and ensures that the planning of the call-out is up to date.

Supports good housekeeping practices throughout the facilities

Acts as facilities fieldsupervisor for shutdowns.
KPIS AND MEASURES

Maintaining a balanced administration in accordance with legal guidelines.

Documents facilities-related tasks in compliance with regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
-
Education: MBO or equivalent through experience.
-
Experience: Minimum 2+ years experience in the Petrochemical industry. Potential to grow further in the organization.
