We are looking for a maintenance field supervisor tank TA to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.
The plant has a maintenance department that is responsible for the planning and implementation of advanced maintenance systems. Maintenance and inspection are planned depending on the risk associated with the concerned section of the installation. Besides the daily maintenance works, the Maintenance Department also coordinates major Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns (SD). The primary task of the maintenance field supervisor tank TA is to support the maintenance of the tank infrastructure on the Neste Rottredam sites in a safe and efficient way. The Tank TA Field Supervisor is a daytime position that reports to the supervisor tank TA. In this role you are responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient field execution of tank maintenance.

Provides Safety leadership

Participates and leads in the contractor safety meeting

Leading a team of field technicians in their disciplines through their respective foremen.
- Patricipating in and providing input to scheduling meetings
- Supports the discipline work preparators with technical input when requested
- Responsible for the quality, safe and timely execution of preventive and corrective work tank maintenance in all disciplines

Handling administrative follow-up of work orders in the maintenance management system (SAP).

Define technical solution for corrective maintenance with respect to all tanks and tank related equipment in all disciplines.Investigates and follows up on malfunction reports related to tanks and tank related equipment.
Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Petrochemical Industry, with a focus on firefighting equipment. Potential to grow further in the organization
- strong communicator
- Lead by example
- Experience in a leadership role
- relevant legislation & standards (PGS29 EEMUA, API, NEN-EN14015), relevant NDT techniques, ERP systems (SAP) and office package.
- Teamplayer, problem solver, clear communication, ownership, supporting change/growth, decision maker, building teams.
