We are looking for you,

Head of Reliability & Asset Integrity

In your role, you will lead a global team that is accountable for defining standards, requirements and performance measures that improve the reliability and asset integrity of Neste’s production units across the globe. You and your team will amongst others steer and improve the Neste Asset Integrity Principle and the Reliability related standards globally.

You will lead Neste towards world class reliability through effective and efficient end-to-end value driven standards, requirements and performance metrics.

You will work closely together with your colleagues in the Refining Competence Centre (RCC) Leadership Team,  with business stakeholders at refineries’ operations leadership teams, and with commercial and supply teams.

The job is located in one of Neste production locations, i.e. Porvoo (FI), Rotterdam (NL) or Singapore. Some travelling is expected due to the global nature of the role.

Your role in our team

• Steering and continually improving the global Neste Reliability Principle including its associated standards and culture in a Fit-for-purpose way.

• Together with the colleagues in RCC LT analyzing & improving  the overall performance of Neste assets by prioritizing common plans together with business stakeholders.

• Building and leading team to maximize performance, development and employee fulfillment

• Building a global network of stakeholders to drive impact and culture with an appreciation for diversity. You will collaborate and influence cross functional, cross regional, cross layer.  

Keys to success in this role

• Strong (10+ years) experience at managerial level in petrochemical processes, technology and professional Reliability management. 

• Results, business and safety -driven mindset

• Ability to understand key strategic business issues

• Proven skills in communication and leadership, incl. change leadership

• Proven ability to influence multiple levels of an organization

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

• Master degree in relevant field

• Fluent spoken and written English

Other strengths we value

• Knowledge of Lean tools and DMAIC problem solving approaches
