We are looking for a Logistics/infra Planner TA to join our Maintenance team. This role reports into the Shutdown Lead.
In In this role you will be part of the Site Facility/logistic and Shutdown/Turnaround Core team. Your general responsibility is to ensure the site is well prepared, facility and logistics wise, for executing SD's and TA's including pre and post phases.To ensure the above you need to interface and allign with all stakeholders. Furthermore you ensure proper planning and implementation of the necessary (temporary) buildings during the Pre SD/TA, SD/TA and Post SD/TA phase.

Responsibilities Pre TA phase:
Start-up, manages and facilitates the inventory for the need of temporary buildings, available office spaces in the permanent buildings for housing SD/TA members and contractors during Pre-SD/TA and Post SD/TA phases, traffic and radio plan.
Below a summary of the main responsibility topics;
• Inventory of offices places (permanent and temporary buildings)
• Inventory of furniture and IT supplies
• Inventory of lockers
• Arranges matters in these buildings and solves any problems in consultation, if needed, with the Site facility manager
• Inventory of lay down places including waste and cleaning
• Inventory of catering facilities in the temporary buildings
• Inventory of internal and external transportation in collaboration with the Lead planner and Area team lead
• Have the necessary workshops/meetings/(T)MOC in place in connection with and by projects, maintenance, HSSE, process safety departments, (T)MOC coordinator and contractors
• Makes and is owner of the logistics traffic-, overall logistic and radio plan in consultation with several stake holders eg. Area team lead, Operations, Lead Planner and HSSE
• Coordinates the cleaning activity for the temporary buildings
• Coordinates the construction activities of the Lay-down areas and keeps the overall plotplan drawing up-to-date
• Coordinates the crane and temporary power plan which is drawn up by the contractors in consultation with the Area team lead and Lead planner and is part of the overall plotplan facilities
• Provides sanitary facilities, smoking, insulation, prefab. corrals and bicycle sheds at the areas
• Requesting quotes for buildings, catering, cleaning, utilities, motorola's, steel plates, fencing, horizontal transport, fueling, traffic controllers, motorola’s, Audio & video equipment eg
• Maintaining and processing the administration
• Responsible for creating the required parking cards and coordinates the issuance in coordination with the admin support
TA phase
• Manages and facilitates the TA buildings and solves any problems
• Coordinates the fueling of all temporary TLK diesel tanks, VC and other trucks
• Coordinates the traffic controllers
• Is the point of contact for all facility matters (from coffee to cleaning)in the SD/TA buildings
Post TA phase
• Coordinates the removal of all SD/TA related buildings
• Ensures that all plotplan related area’s are free from steel plates, fencing, road blocks and other obstacles to maintain day to day maintenance and operations
• Documentation eg As built of the total logistic plan and drawings so that it can be used again for next SD/TA
• Is a member of the evaluation sessions and report out
