Neste Netherlands is part of the Finnish parent company Neste. The plant in Rotterdam produces renewable fuels. Together with 200 colleagues we are working everyday to operate, maintain, and improve the plant in an efficient and safe manner.
We are looking for a Maintenance Execution Lead to join our Renewable Production department at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.
Your main responsibilities in creating a sustainable future are:

Accountable for development of people and leadership skills of the supervisors

Responsible for the maintenance execution on three locations, Rotterdam Maasvlakte, Neste Pre-Treatment and Rotterdam New Area with a focus on safe, timely and lean execution.

Responsible for the timely executions or all corrective, calibration, refurbishment and preventive maintenance work orders.

Responsible for Improving and Implementing the maintenance execution work process and related processes (TA, warehouse, planning & scheduling etc).

Ensuring alignment with project and TA execution.

Act as first point of contact operations day supervisor and for management of site contractors.

Liaise/interface with the RP Reliability and the OE network.

Overall responsible for a strategy for contractor and contract management for maintenance contracts

Accountable for cost and forecast of maintenance execution spending.
The Maintenance Execution Lead is a daytime position and reports to the Maintenance Manager. The maintenance Execution Lead leads a team of 6 maintenance supervisors to ensure safe, effective and efficient execution of maintenance jobs. The maintenance leader also is committed to developing his direct reports.
The best combination to success in this role:

Bachelor or university degree in engineering.

Minimum 10+ years experience in Petrochemical industry from which a minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisory / managerial role.
