We are looking for a Maintenance Fieldsupervisor Analysers to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.
The plant has a maintenance department that is responsible for the planning and implementation of advanced maintenance systems. Maintenance and inspection are planned depending on the risk associated with the concerned section of the installation. Besides the daily maintenance works, the Maintenance Department also coordinates major Turnarounds (TA) and Shutdowns (SD). The primary task of the Maintenance Fieldsupervisor Analysers is to support in maintaining all analyser systems and related infrastructures in a safe and efficient way. During the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor he assumes the responsibilities.

- Provides Safety leadership
- The maintenance fieldsupervisor Analysers provides leadership to analyser technicians and assist where necessary.
- Provide coordination between several disciplines in multi-disciplinary jobs.
- Cooperates with maintenance work preparation/planning and operations (specifically the PMC) to ensure that the maintenance
- Ensures that jobs can be executed in a safely and effective way.
- Participate in the analyser call-out and make sure that the planning of the call-out is up to date.
- Participates and leads in the contractor safety meeting
- Investigates and follow-up on malfunction reports
- Supports the discipline work preparators with technical input where requested.
- Ensures and supports to achieve on time execution of planned work.
- Handling administrative follow-up of work orders in SAP
- Member of Call-out team
Keys to success in this role
The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Extended knowledge of Analyser discipline and basic knowledge of other maintenance areas electrical and instrumentation
- Minimum MBO niveau 4
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in the process industry
- strong communicator
- Lead by example, self-starting and proactive work attitude
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP
