We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Maintenance Department in Rotterdam.

 

You will focus on coordinating the weekly maintenance schedule. Coordinating planning, scheduling, cost estimating, resource planning and hiring/outsourcing capacity for maintenance work and projects or unit shutdowns.

 

In this job you will work closely with Discipline work planners, Operations and you will report to the Planning & Scheduling Supervisor.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

 

  • Managing, establishing, reviewing, and maintaining an integral maintenance schedule
  • Develop and maintain one weekly schedule for multiple plants
  • Develop and maintain standard jobs & planning Processes
  • Develop a schedule for unit shutdowns
  • Analyze project and unit shutdown schedules and adapt the maintenance schedule accordingly.
  • Report daily progress
  • Maintain work order process
  • Provides schedule compliance KPI’s, measures KPI’s for all disciplines
  • Coordinate capacity and material planning

 

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

 

  • At least an MBO+ level of working and thinking with minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Have knowledge of manufacturing planning, master integral scheduling, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning shop floor control, warehousing, transportation, and purchasing business functions
  • Understand standard enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
  • Knowledge of related maintenance and planning/scheduling disciplines in the chemical industry.
  • Detailed knowledge of google sheets and Excell
