We are looking for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Maintenance Department in Rotterdam.

 

You will focus on coordinating the weekly maintenance schedule. Coordinating planning, scheduling, resource planning for maintenance work and projects or unit shutdowns.

 

In this job you will work closely with Discipline work planners, Projects, Operations and you will report to the Planning & Scheduling Supervisor.

 

As the Maintenance Scheduler in our team, you feel like a spider in the web, interacting with multiple stakeholders on different levels. You will be working with others towards a common goal, understanding the dynamics of effective teamwork in order to attain higher levels of performance.

Neste Netherlands is part of the Finnish parent company Neste . The plant in Rotterdam produces renewable fuels. The maintenance Scheduler is part of the maintenance department. 

The overall responsibility of the department is to maintain the plant and the supporting facilities according legal and industry standards in a cost efficient manner, amongst others:



  • Scheduling preventive maintenance plans
  • Scheduling corrective maintenance break downs
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Ensuring all relevant parties (Work Requestors, Planners, Execution Team, and Operations) are aligned and informed of the finalized schedule.
  • Prioritizing urgent task
  • Monitoring KPI’s and managing results
  • Resource Optimization: Guaranteeing resources are properly allocated and optimized to effectively eliminate idle manpower.

 

The role of the maintenance scheduler is to set up and coordinate the following meetings:

  • Weekly schedule
  • Progress meeting
  • Weekly planning coordination ( site logistics)
