The Maintenance Material Planner checks stock requests and ensures that all requests are processed within the IFS/SAP workflow for purchasing according to Neste specifications. The main area of ​​focus is maintaining and controlling the parts stock for NNL. The work will mainly involve mechanical, rotating, E&I equipment and general consumables.

• Maintaining and creating inventory-, purchase-, and supplier for purchase data for new or modified parts
• Alignment and interaction with maintenance work preparators and local procurement.
• Development of Catalog and material specification in Inventory data. Act as the master data for
inventory.
• Follow-up of the E2 (spare parts) request and feedback to initiator.
• Maintain and categories parts to the object ID’s.
• Controlling and maintaining the inventory range with Singapore and Rotterdam (RP).
• Convert and maintain materials contract in material supplier agreements in IFS/SAP.
• Controlling and updating of inventory Order confirmations from Vendors in IFS/SAP.
• Liaise with AP accountable for follow-up on differences with invoices.
• Creating of Weekly KPI's on inventory transactions.
 

Keys to success in this role

 

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

  • MBO Mechanical Engineering (Werktuigbouwkunde niveau 4 or higher)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical equipment maintenance in a petrochemical environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of materials and specifications mainly mechanical
  • Communicating on tactical and operational level in Dutch and English
  • Communicating effectively, keeping in mind the level of the parties with whom one is communicating.
