We are looking for an Operation Master Trainer to join our Production Organisation in Rotterdam
You are responsible to effectively transfer knowledge to shift teams and operators to assure the right skills are developed for future operations. You will continuously define, create, develop and improve instructions, guidelines, procedures or training modules for different learning paths or methods. You will also lead simulator development work and coach, train, assess and record the results of the shift staff using simulators.
In this job you will work closely with Shift Operators, Simulator Developers and Learning and Development Specialists.

Your role in our team
- Overall responsibility over the skill development path of panel and field certification program and processes: quality assurance between the shifts, relevancy of tasks in the learning path.
- Overall responsibility over the occupational simulator development scope, maintenance and budget (Now 1 simulator, in the future 3).
- Ability to operate both panels from the same technology (PTU or NEXBTL).
- Responsible for training and assessing the panel and field trainers in shifts.
- Create and develop instructions, guidelines and procedures.
- Coach, train, instruct and assess, and record the trainees performance.
- Organising, coordinating and developing the use of simulators in cooperation with the line operating personnel.
- Define, create and continuously develop operator training simulator scenarios, templates and minimum requirements for all training scenarios.
- Accountable for training content updating, process development and maintenance (scenarios,e learnings ex).
- Responsible for developing the trainer competencies of the field trainers (trainer in the train the trainer program).
Keys to success in this role
- VAPRO- C, Skills gained through work experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the industry and in operations, including panel experience
- Pedagogical training or experience is considered an advantage
- Passion for learning and training others
