We are looking for you,

Senior Business Process Manager

to join our Reliability & Asset Integrity team within Neste Refining Competence Center.

In your role, you are responsible for the efficiency, effectiveness and continual improvement of our working processes around reliability and asset integrity globally. Amongst others this means the responsibility is to secure the information in our SAP ERP system so that it is supportive of our working processes along the full life cycle.

As a valued team member, you will contribute to Neste  towards world class reliability through effective and efficient end-to-end value driven standards, requirements and performance metrics.

You will work closely together with your colleagues in the Refining Competence Centre, business stakeholders at refineries and commercial and supply teams.

The job is located in one of Neste production locations, i.e. Porvoo (FI), Rotterdam (NL) or Singapore. Some travelling is expected due to the global nature of the role.

Your role in our team

  • Responsible for continual improvement of  reliability and asset integrity business processes, including Turnaround processes. 

  • Responsible that data integrity in our systems is secured

  • Responsible for steering global development of tools, like SAP and planning tools in line with the Reliability,  Asset management and Turnaround business processes

  • Building a global network of stakeholders to drive impact and culture with an appreciation for diversity. You will collaborate and influence cross functional, cross regional, cross layer.  

 

 

Keys to success in this role

  • Strong (10+ years) experience in petrochemical processes, technology and operations management

  • High commitment to safety and safety standards

  • Results, business and safety -driven mindset

  • Ability to understand key strategic business issues

  • Proven skills in communication and leadership, incl. change leadership

  • Proven ability to influence multiple levels of an organization

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills 

  • Master degree in a relevant field

  • Fluent spoken and written English

 

Other strengths we value

  • Knowledge of Lean tools and DMAIC problem solving approaches
