We are looking for a Turnaround E&I Planner to join our Maintenance Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.
Thje TA E&I Planner is responsible for planning and scheduling Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) maintenance activities for Turnarounds (TAs). This role ensures that all E&I work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the planned budget and schedule.

Thje role of Turnaround E&I Planner are.

Develop high quality work package and prepares work orders in MMS, based on TOS (Technical Order Statement) defined work scope in fault report or work request

Develop risk based maintenance notifications, Preventive maintenance plans and Project scope for implementation in the SD/TA execution phase, in a (Cost) Efficient manner.

Analyse of failures from maintenance management system

Initiate and support improvement activities, such as; Planning, Technical and (cost) Efficiency improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Participate in TA planning meetings and provide updates on E&I activities.

Review and analyze TA performance and identify areas for improvement.
Keys to success in this role
-
MBO-4 degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related field.

Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in E&I maintenance planning.

Experience with TA planning and execution.

Proficiency in planning software
-
Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work together

A high safety, health, environmental and quality awareness

Ability to speak and write in English; ability in Dutch is considered also as essential to be successful in this role
