We are looking for a Warehouse Employee to join our Warehouse Team at the Neste Rotterdam Refinery.

 

Job Purpose
Guaranteeing the proper receipt, control, storage, issue and administration of technical goods / materials and management of stocks in accordance with defined ML & E Processes. The role reports into the Warehouse Supervisor.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the receipt, control, storage and issue of technical goods/materials and the related administrative processing (stock accounting)
  • Ensuring the storage, control, records and issue of goods/materials ordered for projects and informing concerned parties about this. 
  • Confirming orders of the automatic reordering process.
  • Managing and controlling stocks of all warehouse goods.
  • Making a comparison between the administrative and actual stocks, finding and correcting differences.
  • Monitoring stock levels and placing orders with or in consultation with Purchase.
  • Discussing with Maintenance Engineers about goods to be purchased.
  • Monitoring the timely receipt of goods and making corrective actions.
  • Making suggestions regarding the stocking of new articles, stock level of existing articles.
  • Entering data (of new components) in the bio+ information system.
  • Reporting on the inflow and outflow of materials to the supervisor.
  • Offering suggestions for improvement with regard to the management of the information system, in cooperation with the warehouse supervisor.
  • Ensuring that articles to be repaired by third parties are prepared for dispatch, processing the receipt of returned goods.

 

Keys to success in this role

  • MBO 2 or higher
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Teamplayer
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
