Your role in our team

Responsible for business process development and continual improvement within the region or across multiple regions.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business projects, leading process design, documentation and the end-to-end implementation of process-related changes.

Identify synergy and improvement opportunities, applying structured continuous improvement methodologies to maximize efficiency, maturity, and quality.

Coordinate implementation of processes within the respective region and ensure that the region’s needs and requirements are taken into consideration.

Collaborate with process owners and other key stakeholders in evaluation of development initiatives.

Identify and challenge process deviations and ensure a unified and compliant way of working.

Promote process leadership and the development of best practices, techniques and standards.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

Relevant knowledge of business processes

Ability to structure and simplify complex problems and prioritize

Experience working with business process improvement, and/or Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies

Ability to document current state and to-be processes and conduct gap analysis to effectively identify and define development needs

Strong analytical skills, with the capability to interpret data and performance metrics and their implications in a business context

Track record of driving change and executing projects successfully

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, virtually and in person

Excellent written and spoken English

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in business, engineering, economics, or a related discipline
