We are looking for you 

Central Maintenance Services (CMS) Lead

to join our Maintenance team at the Singapore refinery!

 

You will focus on leading the team around facilities, workshop, warehouse and material supplier management for refinery maintenance and Turnaround (TA) operations. In this job you will work closely with your maintenance organisation peers, mainly Area Leads, Planning & Scheduling and TA manager, and Refinery Operations especially to ensure safe working conditions.

Your role in our team as CMS Lead:

  • Lead cross-functional team of warehouse, facility, safety and contractor management personnel of 8 direct reports and 20 indirect persons
  • Ensure effective and efficient allocation of common resources and warehouse inventory for maintenance, projects and TAs
  • Maintenance budget management within assignment amount to accomodate for preventive and corrective maintenance 
  • Drive initiatives to enhance productivity and cost effectiveness 
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain relevant licenses
  • Meet warehouse inventory material availability based on planned maintenance, project and TA work
  • Oversee creation and maintaining of material item master data including numbering, description and other characteristics
  • Any other tasks as required    

 

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

             

  • Engineering Degree with 10 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas industry or Engineering Diploma with 15 years relevant experience 

  • 2-3 years experience in managing a Team

  • Maintenance, TA and projects process knowledge

  • Material contracts management

  • Proven experience from complex stakeholder environments

  • KPI reporting
