We are looking for you,
Competence Coordinator
to our Competency Development team in Tuas, Singapore.
You will focus on administering, planning, preparing, facilitating, monitoring, evaluating and documentation of training activities at the Neste Singapore refinery. You are also the super user for our License to Operate (L2O) system at the site. In this job you will work closely with various stakeholders in our refinery such as Operations, Technical / or Maintenance department as well as competence developers/ master field trainer to support, deliver training activities for the site

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

Administrator for the company Learning Management Systems (LMS / L20/ LXP)

Assists to develop and maintain updated e-training material contents and data in the LMS/L2O/LXP systems.

Coordinate internal training events: Oversee and coordinate training courses, programs and activities include logistics, attendance, preparation of training materials

Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks
-
Develop and implement training effectiveness evaluation process and tools

Track and maintain documentation of training outcomes

Training vendor sourcing and administration

Establish annual training calendar from training needs inputs provided by competence developers and head of departments

Liaises with external training suppliers
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Diploma in a relevant discipline/ or bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience with instruction or training

Knowledge of adult instructional/ learning theory and principles and learning management systems

Certification in Training and Development is an added advantage
