We are looking for you,

HR Generalist

to our APAC HR team in Singapore.

You will focus on providing and executing professional HR services/ co-ordinate and administration of various HR processes relating to onboarding/ offboarding and contract management in support of employees’ lifecycle journey including payroll management for Neste across the region and except India. In this job you will work closely with the HR APAC team including service providers and other stakeholders of local authorities.

Your role in our team

• Provide and execute professional HR services/ co-ordinate and administration of various HR processes relating to onboarding/ offboarding and contract management in support of employees’ lifecycle journey including payroll management for Neste across the region and except India.

• Responsible for delivery of daily HR end-to-end operational activities for APAC in alignment with the business driven approach and efficiency in HR deliverables and solutions across the region except India

• Key duties include but are not limited to Hugo (HRIS system) data entry, execute onboarding/offboarding & contract management. 

• Responsible for yearly reviews of service level agreements of key HR vendors if any/ review and propose gaps improvements /recommendations in consultation with HR Specialist for Singapore

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

• 5+ years of experience in relevant functions. University level degree preferred

• Proven experience in HR background who can provide ground work advice/ operational support/ harmonise work processes in alignment with APAC strategic initiative

• Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) qualified

• Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
