Maintenance Excellence Lead
to our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery.
You will focus on maintenance excellence management. In this job you will work closely with Maintenance sub-teams and various departments in the organization. In our team, you will be the work process focal and support the Maintenance process to be carried out in an effective and efficient manner. You will work closely with other engineers in the sub-teams in Singapore and collaborate with engineers in other locations such as Finland and Rotterdam. You will also lead improvements in productivity, contract performance, cost and digitalization to achieve top tier performance. Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
- Ensure work preparation for all work orders. Build/Use a library of comprehensive task lists for Maintenance planning. Keep right level of backlog which is tied to reliability performance of the plant
- Manage SIMOPS between maintenance and maintenance MOCs during BAU period.
- Ensure an accurate daily and lookahead schedules, enabling integrated activities planning/scheduling to achieve resource optimization/efficiency across all site activities.
- Manage multi-craft planners and scheduler to handle BAU and facility work planning, based on the priority set and backlog health.
- Lead continuous improvement in planning and scheduling via task list development/utilisation, standard jobpack, accuracy in planning vs actual, harmonizing efforts via cross-site collaboration with Rotterdam, Finland, etc.
- Lead continuous improvement in contractor productivity, contracts performance, cost reductions via deep-dive analysis, adoption of digitalization tools & methods, improved ways of working and collaboration across the various departments and contractor partners.
- SAP key user and Maintenance process focal point.
- Ensure accurate service contractor management across whole refinery.
- Ensure centralized logistics support for BAU, central maintenance services and Turnarounds.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- 10 - 12 years relevant experience in Oil and Gas industry or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in leading a team.
- Skill in Maintenance execution, planning and scheduling
- Skill in SAP and P6 Primavera scheduling tools
- Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant materials and equipment
