We are looking for you,
Maintenance Execution Lead
to our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery.
You will focus on safe, quality, on time execution of Maintenance and Turnarounds/Shutdowns. In this job you will work closely with Maintenance sub-teams and various departments in the organization.
In our team, you will be leading and managing a multi-discipline team of field engineers and supervisors to deliver maintenance, maintenance project & turnaround/shutdowns. You will also manage the maintenance budget and improve execution productivity, reliability and cost. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Leading and managing multi-discipline team of field engineers & supervisors in a safe, quality & timely manner for the execution of maintenance, maintenance project & turnaround/shutdowns.

Maintenance budget management within assigned amount to accommodate for preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance.

Drive improvement to improve execution productivity, equipment reliability and deliver cost saving.

Adopt digitalization tools and methods to improve the way of working.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
-
At least 8 years relevant experience in refinery and petrochemical industry
-
3 - 5 years’ experience in leading a team
-
Prior Experience in Projects and TAs execution
-
Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant materials and equipment
-
Experienced in maintenance work control, planning, execution and reliability methodologies

Good problem solving and equipment troubleshooting skills

Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
