Planning & Scheduling Lead

 

to our Maintenance team at the Singapore refinery!

 

You will focus on leading a team of planners and schedulers for site wide operations on maintenance and turnaround work.  In this job you will work closely with Area Leads, Common Maintenance Services Lead, TA Lead, Production Operations, Technical Department, Projects  and in-house Contractors.

Your role in our team :

 

  • Lead work preparation for all work orders. Building/Using a library of comprehensive task lists for Maintenance and TA planning. Keeping right level of Backlog which is tied to Reliability performance of the plant

  • Manage SIMOPS between maintenance Turnaround (TA) and maintenance Projects both during Business as Usual (BAU)/Turnaround (TA) periods. 

  • Publish lookahead and daily schedule , enabling integrated activities planning/scheduling to achieve resource optimization/efficiency across all site activities.

  • SAP Super user and Maintenance process owner. 

  • Manage multicraft planners and schedulers to handle BAU, TA and facility work planning, based on the priority set and backlog health.

  • Drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling via task list development/utilisation, standard jobpack, accuracy in planning vs actual and other key activities

  • Ensure accurate Service contractor management across whole refinery


 

Keys to success in this role:

 

  • Engineering Degree with 10 years relevant experience in OIl and Gas industry or Engineering Diploma with 15 years relevant experience

  • 2-3 years experience in managing a Team 

  • Maintenance, TA and projects process knowledge

  • Capability to mix short- and long term thinking based on business priorities

  • Proven experience from complex stakeholder environments

  • KPI reporting
