We are looking for you,
Process Control Engineering Lead
to join our Technical Team in Neste Tuas Singapore.
In this job you will lead a team of process engineers, working closely with Operations, Maintenance, Safety and Engineering functions to strive for Operations Excellence in all plant performance aspects through improvement initiatives and projects.
You and your team will focus on stabilizing and optimizing process controls to achieve a reliable and efficient production process. Besides working closely with site stakeholders in this job, you and your team will also work closely with corporate stakeholders from Technology Office, Feedstock supply team and Production planning team

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

Lead process control team to support Refinery Operations and Plant improvements

Enable process control team high performance through competency development and performance reviews, plan resource loading

Owns and drives process controls troubleshooting and development topics to reach strategy targets

Endorse or Approve for specific category of process control changes for example, (not limited to) relating to capital investments, integrity operating windows changes

Act as reviewer or owner for Process Control NMS document

Responsible for Process Control KPI performance.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Degree in chemical engineering or relevant field and understanding of chemical processing unit operations and engineering.

Min 10 years of work experience in process engineering and operations in the oil and gas, refining or petrochemical industry.
