to our Operations team in Tuas, Singapore.

Production Maintenance Coordinator reports to the Operations Day Supervisor and is responsible for the safe, smooth and reliable execution of maintenance activities of Neste Singapore's integrated renewable product refinery complex

Your role in our team 

  • Responsible for the smooth, safe and reliable execution of the agreed Maintenance plan
  • Responsible for the screening of work orders raised and appropriate prioritisation and planning of the maintenance work requests (corrective, preventive) generated
  • Responsible for ensuring planned work can be handled by Operations shift teams
  • Responsible for participate at Daily Coordination Meeting (DCM) to ensure proper handover of maintenance requests to Maintenance department.
  • Responsible for the follow-up and coordination for the activities and any changes from the weekly/ daily plan with the Operations Day Team, Operations shift teams to ensure smooth execution of related work
  • Responsible for the providing Operations input into weekly Maintenance plan
  • Review backlog and priorities with maintenance scheduler to reduce backlog
  • Responsible for the coordination and support of Maintenance related activities in close coordination with Operations team and Maintenance department
  • Responsible for the approval of the Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO) and Blinding plans
  • Responsible as the main Operations representative/ contact person for between Maintenance and Operations in relation to maintenance activities
  • Responsible for the coordination and guiding to Operations shift teams for the preparation required/ necessary in order for timely handover of equipment to Maintenance for smooth carrying out of maintenance activities (including requirement for safety interlock bypass for equipment preparation)
  • Responsible for the coordination and input of maintenance work requests to the Turnaround/ Unit Shutdown (TA/USD) team
  • Responsible for Ready for Start-up (RFSU) process for maintenance related activities
  • Responsible for the guidance and provision of necessary information to Maintenance department for the smooth and effective execution of maintenance activities
  • Responsible for insuring executed maintenance activity according fault report is satisfying
  • Responsible for the continual improvement of the process workflow related to Maintenance activities
  • Support the development and update of Maintenance related TRA’s and PHA’s

 Keys to success in this role
 

  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering or equivalent 
  • Minimum 10 years in petrochemical or oil refinery (industry) and in Operations/ Maintenance related positions
  • Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
