Production Planner
to our Production Planning team in Singapore
You will focus on production planning. In this job you will work closely with the Shipping, Operations and various functions at site, and the planning teams. Together with your expertise, we can do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.

Your role in our team

Scheduling production for the Singapore refinery.

Independently drive and support the team's day-to-day operational, planning and process performance.

Optimising blends and production rates.

Steering of volumes and quality for incoming feedstocks, intermediate products and product streams, including performance reporting.

Continuous production, mitigation of production losses by immediate and efficient action.

Participate and contribute in technical, supply chain and process problem solving and development

Interface, communicate and collaborate with multiple business units locally and globally including Supply Chain Planning, Sourcing & Trading, Logistics Operations, and Refining

Participating as a specialist to relevant audits (e.g. ISCC, ISO) carried out at the site
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.) in Bio-Chemical Engineering, Supply chain management / Logistics

Minimum 5 years of working experience in supply chain or production planning, logistics planning or production operations in chemical and oil industries/ sector

Good communication skills and fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Solution, result and flexible oriented mindset and courage to question,develop and improve ways of working.

Team work skills and also ability to steer own work independently

Ability to work with complex and changing situations, and flexible work attitude

Continuous improvement; lean six sigma experiences is an advantage.

Able to work or support contingencies after normal office hours
