We are looking for a

Recruitment Partner  

to join our Human Resources team in Neste Asia Pacific.
 

The purpose of the position is to support hiring managers in recruiting in APAC and develop practices and ways of working in Neste recruitment.

Your main responsibilities include

• Partner the hiring managers to consult, advise and support them to ensure a smooth and productive recruitment process
• Utilising sourcing tools and methods to attract the right candidates and building talent pools
• Training managers and stakeholders in recruitment related skills and company processes, systems and tools
• Lead and drive recruitment campaigns and internship programmes with learning institutions and industry network
• Drive employer branding projects to create and maintain a positive employer brand image

Keys to success in this role

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is

• University degree in HR, business, chemistry, engineering
• Strong experience (at least 8 to 10 years) of recruiting for various roles and on various levels and in different business environment
• Experience of working in an organization with multiple business functions, preferably in an multinational environment in a role within business or HR
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs) as well as strong experience of identifying talent through various ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and other sourcing channels
