Recruitment Partner


to our APAC Human Resources team in Singapore.

You will focus on driving and supporting the organization's talent acquisition strategy by managing talent recruitment and developing and implementing various talent acquisition programs, processes, and systems. In this job you will work closely with the APAC HR team to support the business to deliver their resourcing and talent needs. leaders

Your role in our team

  • Develop and drive recruitment life cycle process to ensure efficient and effective hiring experience for both hiring managers and candidates.

  • Develop and implement recruitment and talent acquisition programmes and campaigns in line with best practices.  

  • Support hiring managers to source and identify talent for the organisation and providing expertise and knowledge of candidate market to ensure smooth recruitment and candidate experience. 

  • Develop, update and implement relevant recruitment policies and procedures in accordance to local and corporate principles, policies and local legislation.  

  • Participate in projects to enhance recruitment processes effectiveness and efficiency

  • Resourcing analytics and reporting to enhance business and operational effectiveness and compliance to corporate and local requirements

  • Participate in safety exercises and help ensure safety first

  • Any ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned




Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Degree in HR Management, Business or equivalent

  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of human resources management experience in both manufacturing and commercial environment.  Experience in a petrochemical or chemical industry would be an advantage

  • Solid experience in talent acquisition for varying roles and teams, with highly diverse roles and business areas

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) as well as strong experience of identifying talent through ATS, Linkedin Recruiter and other sourcing channels

  • Strong cooperation skills, including the capability to work with managers and Business HR from various parts and levels of the organization

  • Development and solution-oriented mindset, even under pressure

  • Strong communication skills with the capacity for listening to the needs of the organisation to find the best possible solutions

  • Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) qualified
