Reliability & Process Integrity Lead

to our Manage & Maintain Assets team in Singapore. 

 

In this job you will develop and implement a reliability & process integrity strategy for the Renewables Production sites and for Singapore in particular. The strategy will combine reliability and process safety risk management with business objectives. You will drive reliability work processes and provide reliability expertise to the organization. Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

 

  • Create and continuously promote a strong reliability & process safety culture on site - influence across all Production sites

  • Create and implement fit for purpose work processes that guide the organization to apply the key reliability principles when designing, operating and maintaining the equipment. Ensure that the key reliability processes are well reflected in the NMS system. 

  • Develop the site reliability & process integrity priorities in line with the global strategy to drive continuous improvement of asset availability and minimize equipment life cycle cost. Effectively collaborate cross-functionally and cross-layers to implement the objectives in the site strategy. 

  • Foster a learning environment at site and promote strong cross-site collaboration with the other Renewables productions sites. 

  • Promote the use of reliability fundamental principles, tools and methodologies. 

  • Act as a facilitator for FMEA - Failure Mode Effect Analysis, RCM - Reliability Centered Maintenance, Benefit-to Cost analysis, LCCA - Life Cycle Cost analysis, among other reliability methodologies. 

  • Facilitate equipment criticality assessments; collaborate with process safety eng’s and operations eng’s in risk assessments (both HSE & financial). Manage discovered work / risks. 

  • Further develop a spare parts philosophy in line with the business objectives and the outcome of preventive maintenance strategies 

  • Act as the site subject matter expert for risk based work selection. 

  • Ensure a healthy set of reliability KPIs exists at different levels and functions in the organization (both lagging and leading indicators). 

  • Coordinate the site equipment bad actor program. Support discipline engineers for effective equipment health processes (e.g. equipment health monitoring, KPIs, bad actor resolution, obsolescence program) 

  • Subject matter expert for reliability incident investigations 

  • Act as an interface with projects to ensure project reliability deliverables are met 

  • Linkages with other functions at site: 

    • Asset Management Team 

    • Maintenance Execution 

    • Technical/Operations  

 

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

 

  • Master engineering / University degree

  • Minimum 8 years experience in Oil & Gas industry, 5+ years in operational or reliability roles. 

  • Proven knowledge and use of reliability fundamental principles.

  • Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset
