We are looking for you,
SES and Contracts Coordinator
to our Maintenance team at the Singapore refinery!
You will focus on ensuring smooth maintenance, project and TA operations with our service contractors. In this job you will work closely with our in-house contractors, Procurement, Finance, Projects & Construction, Area Leads, Planning & Scheduling, TA and refinery operations.

Your role in our team as SES and Contracts Coordinator:

Coordinate contractors on actual work postings and related costs
-
Ensure on-time invoice payments
-
Manage proactive creation of service items and their pricing
-
Participate in sourcing process for service contractors

Provide input on short term (weekly/monthly) actual cost forecasts

Act as SES key user
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at minimum experience of 3-5 years of heavy process industry maintenance, project and TA activities with good aptitude and knowledge in reviewing contracts

Understanding of heavy process industry production processes

Knowledge in SAP systems
-
Ability to work both independently and as a team. Promote culture of teamwork

Experience in service contract scope management
-
Good communication skills and internal/external stakeholder management
