Senior Site Material Coordinator

 

to our Maintenance team at the Singapore refinery!

 

You will focus on managing materials, including data, in maintenance work, investment projects and turnarounds. In this job you will work closely with the maintenance, project and turnaround teams to ensure right time procurement and warehousing.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

 

  • Gather and analyze requirements from Material Roadmaps to assist in the  deployment of best solutions for SAP MM & other related systems and support integration of SAP MM with equipment & materials buying process.

  • Support day to day functions to review, standardize new materials (Service materials repository template etc. related to procurement and inventory) and drive efficiency improvements related to Global Materials/procurement program and physical storage space.

  • Ensuring availability of materials at the right time, while optimizing inventory levels, right time purchasing and cashflow.

  • Responsible for all material logistics and inspections to the construction or work site, either directly or via warehouse at the right time to ensure keeping of maintenance or work window, especially during TAs

 

Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

 

  • Min 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, data Experience technical and governance perspective 

  • Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and other relevant systems. 

  • Proven end-to-end material management expertise for heavy process industries

  • Experience working with company hardware and software products to make  sound financial recommendations. (SAP, Google is preferred). Able to work with different cultures in different time zones.

  • Experience on KPI analyzing
