Ship Operator
to our Shipping team in Singapore.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
Daily shipping operations of voyage-charter and time-charter vessels within/to & from APAC
Liaise with shipowners, shipbrokers, agents, terminals, bunker suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Sourcing & Trading, Land Logistics, Planning, Commercial Operations, Demurrage & Payment
Issue Voyage Order to vessels Provide updates to internal stakeholders on vessels' information (itinerary/capacity/load readiness etc)
Liaise with ship agents on port/terminal information and costs
Follow up with Head-Owners on hire payment, taking delivery and redelivery of vessels according to Time-Charter Party
Follow up on the performance of TC vessels and internal reporting
Input voyage details into IMOS
Manage voyage costs and all vessels’ related invoices (freight, port costs, bunkers etc) and claims
Keys to success in this role
Relevant University degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in tanker shipping operations
Good experience in the refined petroleum products/chemicals shipping operations
Knowledge of renewable fuels and feedstocks is a plus
Ability to interact and work in an international environment (diverse culture and time zones)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other language(s) is a plus
