to our Shipping team in Singapore.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

 Daily shipping operations of voyage-charter and time-charter vessels within/to & from APAC
 Liaise with shipowners, shipbrokers, agents, terminals, bunker suppliers and internal stakeholders such as Sourcing & Trading, Land Logistics, Planning, Commercial Operations, Demurrage & Payment
 Issue Voyage Order to vessels  Provide updates to internal stakeholders on vessels' information (itinerary/capacity/load readiness etc) 
 Liaise with ship agents on port/terminal information and costs
 Follow up with Head-Owners on hire payment, taking delivery and redelivery of vessels according to Time-Charter Party
 Follow up on the performance of TC vessels and internal reporting

 Input voyage details into IMOS
 Manage voyage costs and all vessels’ related invoices (freight, port costs, bunkers etc) and claims

Keys to success in this role
 Relevant University degree
 Minimum 3 years of experience in tanker shipping operations
 Good experience in the refined petroleum products/chemicals shipping operations
 Knowledge of renewable fuels and feedstocks is a plus
 Ability to interact and work in an international environment (diverse culture and time zones)
 Fluent in English, both written and spoken; other language(s) is a plus
