We are looking for you,
Turnaround Manager,
to our Maintenance team in the Singapore Tuas Refinery.
You will focus on safe, quality, on time delivery of Turnarounds/Shutdowns. In this job you will work closely with Maintenance sub-teams and various departments in the organization.
In our team, you will be leading and managing a multi-discipline team of planning engineers, cost controller and SIP specialist to deliver turnaround projects & turnaround/shutdown events. You will also manage the turnaround budget and improve execution safety, schedule, reliability, productivity and cost. Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
- Lead and manage a team of direct/indirect employees to plan and execute Turnarounds & Shutdowns
- Ensure TA Manual compliance: Site Long Range Plan, Steering Team / Core Team, Facilitator, Addendum/Discovery management, contracting strategy for TA / Project.
- Continual Improvement via benchmarking efforts to reach top quartile TA performance in Safety, Cost, Schedule, Quality and Productivity
- Manage turnaround projects and TA/SD CAPEX
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
- Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing of which 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience are added advantage.
- Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, plant start-up / shut-down & especially turnaround management
- Experience in Maintenance, Project or TA Management (including field execution)
- Contracts Management/Negotiation, familiar with contracts / supply terms, agreements & administration
