We are looking for you,

Turnaround SIP & Logistics Supervisor
to our Turnaround Team in Neste Singapore Pte Ltd, Singapore Refinery.


You will focus on scaffold, insulation, painting and logistics support for shutdown and turnaround activities. This position provides necessary and essential support to the refinery shutdown and turnaround activities to achieve stipulated event KPI on safety, quality and cost.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future

  • To own & drive overall logistics support for the Turnaround team, enabling smooth turnaround operations and execution.
  • To own & drive Scaffold, Insulation, Painting (SIP) related turnaround activities.


Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role

  • Minimal a diploma in Logistics or Engineering related
  • At least 5 years working  experience in refinery and/or petrochemical environment
  • Skill & experience in scaffolding, painting, insulation & logistics management is important.
  • A team player who can work well with respective disciplines and across multi cultural backgrounds
  • Good communicator, planning capability, strong safety mindset and can work independently.
  • Fast learner and able to multitask.
  • Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and ability to make timely decisions through good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Responsible attitude and safety-oriented mindset

 


Other strengths we value

 

  • Good communication with strategic thinking, negotiation, and business sense
  • Knowledgeable with international standards, petroleum /petrochemical plant equipment
  • Experienced in maintenance work control and reliability methodologies.
  • Knowledge in CMMS: SAP
