We are looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our Supply and Trading team in Melbourne, Australia.
You will focus on designing, implementing, and managing sourcing strategies for a defined geographic area to secure a reliable and sustainable supply of feedstock aligned with Neste's global strategy, while optimising cost and logistics.

Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future
- Manage supply ecosystem: Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, expand the supplier base, and integrate sustainability practices
- Execute sourcing strategy: Design and deliver regional sourcing strategies, including logistics, contracting and execution
- Drive market advantage: Provide market insights, identify trading opportunities, and strengthen sustainability across the supply chain
This role will:
- Secure a diverse and sustainable feedstock supply chain critical to Neste’s business model
- Optimise logistics and negotiate commercial outcomes that improve cost efficiency and profitability
- Strengthen Neste’s market position through supplier partnerships and market intelligence
You will balance the need for supply security with cost optimisation and sustainability requirements in a fast-moving market environment.
Keys to success in this role / The best combination to succeed in this role
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science or a related field (postgraduate qualifications advantageous)
- Prior experience in procurement, sourcing or trading is considered a plus (experience in energy or biofuels markets is highly regarded)
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to physical supply chains, logistics and relevant regulatory frameworks
- A desire to work at the cutting edge of low-carbon liquid fuels with a global industry leader.
