Customer Care Specialist
to our Customer Care Team in Tallinn. We are a team of 6 professionals dedicated to our strategic company customers.
You will focus on the sales team and customer support. In this job you will work closely with our Sales and Account Managers and strategic customers. In our team, you will work in a collaborative and supportive environment where we value open communication, regular knowledge sharing, and joint problem-solving. Your role in our team
You will support your team’s operative work and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in strategic customer data management, customer relationship and problem solving.
Your tasks will be
- Support sales team account managers and take care of the Finnish strategic customers’ requests
- Ensure the accuracy of information reflected in reports and customer management program
- Manage reclamations, ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing and order management
The job is located in Kristiine, Tallinn with excellent transport connections. Your office hours will be Mon to Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including a 30-minute lunch break.
The best combination to succeed in this role
- A high school education, with a relevant university degree being preferred
- Previous work experience in back-office customer or sales support role
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, knowledge of written and spoken Finnish preferred
- A strong eagerness to learn and expand their skillset within a team-oriented environment and across various customer management systems
- Proficiency in basic ICT, Google office tools, and email communication
- Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to understand the broader context
