We are looking for you,
Invoicing Specialist
to our Customer Care & Invoicing Team in Tallinn.
You will focus on operative invoicing tasks, supporting both Finland and other markets in Baltics. In this job you will work closely with your team members and line manager, customer service, credit control, finance, back office and sales departments; and cooperation partners (invoicing and card related companies).

Your role in our team

Managing sales invoicing, including monitoring uninvoiced items, performing morning reconciliations, and executing month-end related tasks.

Providing operational invoicing support for Marketing & Services countries.

Ensuring efficient daily, weekly, and monthly invoicing operations.

Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of invoicing processes.

Participating in testing and documentation related to invoicing projects.

Actively collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Adapting to workload fluctuations and seasonal variations in operational demands.
Keys to success in this role

Higher education qualification in a relevant field.
-
Experience in back-office or operational roles is considered an advantage.

Knowledge of billing logic and the ability to navigate and work across different systems.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Estonian; fluency in Finnish is an asset.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus.

Responsible, proactive mindset with a positive can-do attitude.

Willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and take on new tasks and technologies.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, including routine and time-critical activities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

High attention to detail, particularly regarding numerical accuracy, with the patience and diligence to handle repetitive tasks.
