Summer Trainee, Customer Invoicing
to our new Customer Invoicing Team in Tallinn. You will be part of our dynamic team of four professionals.

Your role during the summer
You will support your team’s operative work and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in the business support function related to sales invoicing
As our Summer Trainee, you will take on key responsibilities related to customer sales invoicing. These tasks include reconciling invoices, rectifying any errors, and handling communications via email with departments like sales, customer service or service providers. As you engage in these duties, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in invoicing processes and invoice delivery management
Collaboration will be integral to your role, as you work closely with various teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Control. This collaborative effort ensures best customer experience and streamlines invoicing processes. Your primary focus will be on executing operational invoicing tasks to support Finland and other Marketing & Services markets effectively.
Your office hours will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including a 30-minute lunch break.
The best combination to succeed in this role
- Studies in the field of Business, Logistics or other relevant major
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, Finnish is an asset
- Fluent basic ICT skills and motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge (Google office tools, automation of processes)
- We also value earlier work experience in ERP systems or invoicing systems but it is not mandatory
- Attention to details with ability to understand relevant bigger picture
We also value your any previous experience from finance, sales, customer service or logistics as well as understanding of accounting basics.

The job is located in Sõpruse pst 155, Tallinn with excellent transport connections and free parking facilities. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements and your relevant previous working experience. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
