Our Customer Service team in Tallinn consists of five professionals dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. We work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to support daily operations and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our customers and partners while maintaining high service quality.

Your role during the summer

As a Summer Trainee, you will support your Customer Service team and have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in delivering outstanding customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, assisting with order processing, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to support daily operations and maintain high service quality.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• You are currently studying or have studied Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills in Estonian and English

• Motivation to learn and grow your knowledge in customer service processes and problem-solving.

• Some experience of handling customer requests or supporting operational processes

• We also value earlier work experience in customer service but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Kristiine, Tallinn, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. 

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements and your relevant previous working experience. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
