Summer Trainee, Customer Care
to our Customer Care Team in Tallinn. We are a team of 6 professionals dedicated to our strategic company customers.

Your role during the summer
You will support your team’s operative work and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in strategic customer data management, customer relationship and problem solving.
Your tasks will be
- Support sales team account managers and take care of the Finnish strategic customers’ requests
- Ensure the accuracy of information reflected in reports and customer management program
- Manage reclamations, ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing and order management
The best combination to succeed in this role
- You have graduated from high school and are studying at the university
- Fluency in English, both written and oral, Finnish language skills preferred
- Eagerness to learn and expand your skillset within a team environment and various customer management systems
- Proficient in basic ICT, Google office tools, and email correspondence
- Attention to details with ability to understand relevant bigger picture
- We also value earlier work experience with customers and sales support but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Kristiine, Tallinn with excellent transport connections. Summer Trainees work mainly at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging. Partial remote work opportunities are possible, but it depends on your role. Your office hours will be Mon to Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including a 30-minute lunch break.
Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements and your relevant previous working experience. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2025.
