Summer Trainee, Finance
to our Marketing and Services business area’s Financial Services team in Tallinn. We are a team of 8 professionals dedicated to finance operations and process management services such as
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Asset Accounting
- General Ledger Accounting & Reporting
- Payments
- Inventory valuation

Your role during the summer
You will support your team’s operative work and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in the financial services area.
Your tasks will include handling the daily processes of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment transactions. For example
- Manage and reconcile bank accounts statements
- Manage stations cash sales, postings and control
- Handling customer payments
- Preparing and answering customers/vendors Balance confirmations
- Calculation of payments to partners
You work together with other team members and stakeholders.
The best combination to succeed in this role
- You are currently studying or have studied finance or a similar, relevant field
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge in financial services
- Some previous experience in finance related roles is seen as an asset
- We also value earlier work experience in AR, AP or payments related tasks but it is not mandatory

The job is located in Sõpruse pst 155, Tallinn with excellent transport connections and free parking facilities. We work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.
Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements and your relevant previous working experience. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job expected time will be between April 15 and October 15, 2025.
