Summer trainee, Customer Care & Invoicing 

to our Customer Care & Invoicing team in Tallinn. We are a team of 11 professionals dedicated to supporting strategic customers and their account managers and customers monthly invoicing.

Your role during the summer

As our Summer Trainee customer Invoicing you will take on key responsibilities related to customer sales invoicing. These tasks include reconciling invoices, rectifying any errors, and handling communications via email with departments like sales, customer service or service providers. As you engage in these duties, you will have the opportunity to develop expertise in invoicing processes and invoice delivery management.

Collaboration will be integral to your role, as you work closely with various teams including Sales, Customer Service, and Credit Control. This collaborative effort ensures best customer experience and streamlines invoicing processes. Your primary focus will be on executing operational invoicing tasks to support Finland and other Marketing & Services markets effectively.

As our Summer Trainee, Customer Care you will support your team’s operative work and get the opportunity to deepen your own expertise in strategic customer data management, customer relationship and problem solving.

Your tasks will include supporting sales team account managers and taking care of the Finnish strategic customers’ requests. You will also ensure the accuracy of information reflected in reports and the customer management program. Additionally, you will manage reclamations and ensure the accuracy of customer invoicing and order management.

Your office hours will be 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM including a 30-minute lunch break.

The job is located in Kristiine, Tallinn, with excellent transport connections. Currently we work regularly at least three days a week at the office to ensure seamless collaboration and sense of belonging.

The best combination to succeed in this role

• Studies in the field of Business, Logistics or other relevant major

• Fluency in English, both written and oral, Finnish is an asset

• Proficient in basic ICT and motivation to learn and deepen your knowledge

• Attention to details with ability to understand relevant bigger picture

For the Customer Invoicing team, prior experience in finance, sales, customer service, or logistics is appreciated, as is an understanding of accounting basics or experience with ERP or invoicing systems.

For the Customer Care team, previous experience in customer or sales support is also valued, but not mandatory.

Your salary will be determined based on the job and its requirements and your relevant previous working experience. Please note that you must be at least 18 years old at the start of employment. The summer job typically takes place between May 1 and September 30, 2026.
